What an amazing journey it was searching a home in Florida with Jeff. He was kind, knowledgeable, and a great sounding board as we sought to make good decisions. He was patient and took the time to listen to what we were looking for and then went right to work. He did not waste time showing us tons or properties, but took the time to find only the ones, that we had described. And just like that our treasure was in the search he did for us. Jeff helped us negotiate the contract and was available to care for the inspections while we traveled back to Kentucky. Jeff did a great job for us. Our home on Siesta Key was a unique property that wasn't for every buyer. He was diligent and would seek out prospective buyers for the property. We were highly impressed with Jeff's professionalism and attention to the "little things" that make for a successful transaction. We were not able to physically be at the Sarasota house during the interim period between the contract date and closing date for health reasons. Jeff handled everything on our behalf, including any repairs necessary, disposition of household items, etc. Jeff is a genuinely good person.
